White Provision is a mixed-use/ adaptive-use project consisting of approximately 135,000 ft² of office space, 58,000 ft² of retail, and 169,000 ft² of residential units. The existing c.1910 5 story beef processing facility was the subject of major demolition, stabliization and rehabilitation. The new program included a new circulation system and tenant divisions as well as completely new systems and services. The historic character of the original Industrial Gothic building was retained throughout. The new construction also included a 9 story condominium building and a 6 story parking deck on the site.
