Brian Frentress has over 20 years experience working in the architectural / engineering / construction industry. Though Brian has been involved in many construction types and occupancies, a significant portion of his work is in commercial building renovation and urban infill with a focus on Historic structures and other complex building renovation projects. Brian is knowledgeable of the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and has worked on several structures listed or eligible for listing on the National Register. Brian is responsible for all phases of architectural design and construction services: feasibility studies, existing conditions documentation, concept development through construction documents, specifications writing, construction administration and general architectural quality control. He is LEED accredited and strives for energy efficiency and responsible design in all of his projects.
