Currently under construction, 1071 Howell Mill is an adaptive use of an existing metal-framed building. Two large bays were removed to create space for parking on the site and the remaining bay remains to be leased as retail space. A sunscreen was created for the custom steel storefront by utilizing a portion of the existing structure.
